Mondays June 27, July 11, 18, 25, Aug 1, and 8, from 5:30 – 7:30 pm in the St. Mary’s kitchen we will join in a mutual cooking adventure: “Eat More Plants!” Each evening we will cook, eat, and review at least one new purely plant recipe. We will work in teams of two or three, recipes and all ingredients will be supplied. Let’s find delicious new ways to Eat More Plants!

The recipes for June 27 are Roasted Vegetable Lasagna,* and if we have enough cooks, No Sheep Shepherd’s Pie.**

There is room for 8 cooks each evening, and registration is required. Please email for more information or to reserve your spot.
