Trinity Sunday 2021

Our second in-person service of the year drew a capacity crowd with masks and social distancing guidelines being followed.

After a prelude, our new Director of Music, Nicholas Mourlam, opened with Holy, holy, holy! as Scott and Kristine processed down the aisle.  For the first time, we had a cantor, Ann Pettit, accompanying Nicholas on each hymn.  This gave us the full experience of the hymns even though the congregation was still not allowed to sing along.  Even with masks, we were able to hear all the prayers and lessons.  The service also included communion in one kind, taken back to our seats before being consumed.

After that service at 9, the rest of the congregation met at 10:15 for a Zoom service where singing was allowed along with a recorded version of each hymn.  You can find a recording of the Gospel and sermon on our YouTube channel.

Whether on line or in person, we are fed spiritually so that we may be the body of Christ in our community.
