EPPN Action Alert: Protect Medicaid

Episcopal Public Policy Network posted an Action Alert this week about protecting Medicaid:

“Programs that protect the most vulnerable are under threat. This includes the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), which provides essential food assistance services to over 40 million people. It also includes MEDICAID, a vital source of support for so many of our neighbors.

Proposals in Congress would drastically reduce funding for programs on which many Americans rely.

As Episcopalians, we stand with those whom Jesus served, and we ask you to join us.
